The Company has already launched its three new devices in the country last month which is Nokia 3, Nokia 5, and Nokia 6. Now Nokia 8 will be the next new flagship Android Device from HMD Global new owner of Nokia.

According to many rumors suggested that Nokia 9 will be the next flagship Android device from Nokia but, the report confirms the Next Flagship device from HMD Global will be Nokia 8.

Nokia 8 Launch Date:

According to German Web site, WinFuture Report Nokia’s next flagship device is Nokia 8. As per the leak report, the device will launch on 31st July 2017. Nokia 9 was expected to get launched at the end of second quarter 2017. But Nokia 8 will arrive early.

1) Display and Configuration

The Nokia 8 has a gorilla glass on top and flaunts a 5.7-inch IPS LCD display with a screen resolution of 1,400 x 2,560 pixels. Under the hood, there are two quad-core processors – a 2.45GHz Kryo and another 1.9GHz Kryo for driving the system. It is aided by 6GB of RAM and Adreno 540 graphics engine. The smartphone boots on Android v7.0 (Nougat) operating system.

2) Body and Sensors:

The handset is available in the black color body. The phone features a fingerprint sensor in the front which is easy to respond. It also comes with heart rate sensor which calculates your heart rate within the seconds. Other sensors like Light sensor, proximity sensor, compass, gyroscope etc.

Nokia 8 is expected to feature a dual camera setup on the back with two 13 megapixel sensors with a dual LED flash, one to capture the telephotos (portraits) and another one for wide angle shots, on a thin vertical camera strip. Nokia 8 will get priced at EUR 589 (which is roughly Rs. 43,500). Though it’s cheaper than Apple and Samsung flagships, will get into the premium price bracket.

Nokia 8 packs in a list of high-end specs which would directly compete with higher priced flagships like Apple iPhone 7, Google Pixel, Sony Xperia XZs and Samsung S8, and will face competition from lower priced flagships like OnePlus 5, Xiaomi Mi 6 and Honor 8 Pro.
