Raveena Tondon and Akshay Kumar to Judge a TV Show “The Great Indian Laughter Challenge” Together.

Raveena Tondon and Akshay Kumar is back once again on a small screen to Judge a TV Show Together.

The Great Indian Laughter Challenge will be returned after Eight years on the small screen for its fifth season, which gave us comedians like Kapil Sharma, Sunil Pal, Raju Srivastav, Ehsaan Qureshi.

Star India is ready to Launch the show on Star Plus this year. They have planned a huge name for the jury. Navjot Singh Sidhu is currently a judge on other TV show and according to him, he is likely not to continue with the current show as he is also a cabinet minister in Punjab Government.

The channel has approached Khiladi Akshay Kumar to be the main judge in the show. This will be the second Tenure on the small screen after hosting Three seasons of “Khatron Ka Khiladi”.

Interesting News is, The Channel also approached Raveena Tondon to be the judge on the TV show. Raveena Tondon considered doing The Great Indian Laughter Challenge as well. But there is no official statement came from Akshay, Raveena or Channel.

Akshay Kumar and Raveena Tandon was one of the most celebrated on-screen couples of Hindi cinemas in the 1990s. They have done several movies together and given hits. Here are some of the movies:

Rajiv Rai’s Action Thriller Movie Mohra which came in 1994, Umesh Mehra action Movie Khiladiyon Ka Khiladi came in 1996, Sunil Agnihotri’s action movie Daava in 1997, Pramod Chakravarty action-romance movie Barood in 1998, Sameer Malkan’s Action movie Keemat: They Are Back in 1998 and Moosa Farish’s Crime Drama Police Force: An Inside Story.

 

It has been 13 years since they both last appeared on screen together. It will be interesting to see them again even on Small Screen.
